Analytics is a comprehensive economic service which provides fundamental, technical, and editorial perspectives compiled by Carl Pellegrini. The emphasis is on a customized review of the client's portfolio, as well as areas of interest, with a premium placed on frequent telephone contact with Mr. Pellegrini.

Analytics publishes a commentary report composed of text and graphics data. The report is based on macroeconomics research and traditional analysis which is then narrowed to provide specific market observations and forecasts. The strength of Analytics is in the basic offering of the Economics Perspectives, which is complemented by in-depth tracking of particular securities or industries. This service is customized to each client's specific requirements. The availability of the economist who produces the research perspectives is the focus of Analytics Contact. This service provides direct telephone contact between the client and the economist(s), thus providing depth and understanding of their research perspectives and analyses.

PRINCIPAL/ANALYST

Carl Pellegrini earned his BBA and MA in economics from the University of Oklahoma. He worked on the money management side from 1967 through 1979. From 1974 to 1979, he was Director of Research and Chief Strategist for American General. In 1979, Mr. Pellegrini moved to Bear Stearns until 1981, when he initiated Analytics as an independent research entity to accommodate the needs of a variety of managers in a flexible environment.
