Breaking News – Dell (DELL) CEO Michael Dell notes in an interview this morning that there could be a major upgrade cycle ahead for computers as Microsoft (MSFT) Windows 11 will not run on most computers. (CNBC). Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen also in CNBC interview notes the drop dead date on the debt ceiling is 10/18. (CNBC)
