Overnight Summary:  Stocks are mixed into the FOMC announcement at 2:00 p.m. EST. The overnight S&P 50o range was 18 and we are currently at in the middle at 4630 at 7:35 a.m. EST. China put up slower than expected Retail Sales and slower price increases in Housing. However, Industrial Production was better. In Europe, U.K. November CPI rose 5.1% beating expectations of 4.7%, inflation is global.
