Overnight Summary: Stocks are modestly lower in the U.S. and mixed overseas. Asia saw China higher and Japan was closed for a holiday. Mixed in European trading. S&P 500 Futures traded down to 4650 at 7:00 p.m. EST before rallying to 4682 at 2:00 a.m. EST before dropping to 4660.25 down -7.50 at 7:20 a.m. EST. Since then, futures have continued to drop to where the S&P 500 is now down -34 points.
